BOOKING POLICY: A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is due immediately upon booking to secure your initial Custom Brow appointment. This fee will be charged to the credit card you provide through Gloss Genius upon booking online. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your permanent cosmetic appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be due at your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a min of 48 hours notice is required. Deposits will be forfeited if advanced 2 day notice to reschedule is not provided and an additional deposit will be required to schedule a future appointment. * Rescheduling is required within 24 hours of cancellation or deposit will be forfeited. REQUIRED CONFIRMATION: Appointment bookings that fail to confirm their appointment online 48 hours beforehand will result in cancellation and may be required to pay an additional deposit to schedule a future appointment. * After the appointment is made I will contact you and ask for a picture of your brows. I will also send Pre-Care instructions:) NO SHOW POLICY ANY CLIENT THAT DOES NOT SHOW FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR CANCELS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THEIR APPT TIME WILL FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSIT AND/OR 50% OF THEIR PROCEDURE WILL BE CHARGED (whichever amount is higher). CLIENT WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS IN FULL BEFORE RESCHEDULING. TOUCH-UP APPTS: For all Revival Brow Studio Custom Brow appts, an initial touch up is required between 6 to 8 weeks after first procedure to enhance and perfect shaping and color. Touch-up appt is $175. After 8 weeks and up until 16 weeks price for initial touch up is $200. Please take a moment to schedule this appt while scheduling your initial appt. to ensure proper timing. All permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. Additional sessions may be required to obtain desired results. Although I always give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) it is very important to please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions. These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. We want your brows to heal beautifully and BE BEAUTIFUL! EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP: I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other brow artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, text our studio coordinator (678.427.3893) clear photos of your brows for approval, BEFORE booking online. In addition to the photos in your text, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist who performed your service. If approved, you will then be provided with a link to schedule a “Brow Correction/Cover Up." PLEASE BE ON TIME: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule a future appointment. We know that some delays are unavoidable. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule to be considerate of others appointments.
